Objective: design an accessory for CERO NINE.

For this project I was asked to design CERO NINE's first accessory. It ended up being a shoulder bag, designed with a utility theme, with inspiration taken from CERO NINE's FW '21 collection.

My goal was to make a bag that is usable/wearable in different ways. The EZ PACK can be used as a shoulder bag, sa belt/waist bag and as a pouch.

Initial sample

The initial sample was made out of materials/colours which were already available at the factory, hence the colour change.

Some changes that were made on the bag were: the cancelation of the coin pouch (it just did not look as good in real life as it did on paper) and the cancelation of the velcro patch, which will now be a stitched on rubber patch (so no colour variations).

The logo also changed. There was already experimented with two different logos: one on the strap and one on the rubber patch. The logo on the strap ended up winning. Furthermore, the embroidered CERO NINE logo on the back was also cancelled for a cleaner look, and the colour of the bag was changed to just taupe and black (no more navy, coral and turquoise) to make it more appealing to a broader audience and to make it easier to match any outfit.

Final product

As mentioned before, the colour of the final bag was changed to make it easier to style. However, this is merely the first colourway.
