CERO NINE's fall/winter 2021 collection was the first capsule collection I worked on. For this collection I headed into three different directions:
1. Cool Grays: a very up-to-trend colour palette, taking inspiration from colours that were likely going to be popular during the first half of 2021. These colours mainly included a palette of various cool grays.
2. Tactical: a very masculine approach, using very dark colours and heavy materials, taking inspiration from very tactical and sinister looking man-made objects.
3. Pastel: a very lighthearted and chearful approach, using very soft pastel colours, with which CERO NINE already proved its success in previous collections.
Besides these three directions, there were also two stand-alone online exclusive packs:
1. The IMPACT PACK, containing to IMPACTS, a new model this season.
2. The CANVAS PACK, taking inspiration from the army, with an army green colourway, peach coloured lining, and a heavy use of canvas - a first for CERO NINE.
